tml:accyValues 

A single accyValue relates to whole range of parent coordinates (e.g. data or prop). If accyValue is variable over the parent coordinates then there shall be a one-to-one correspondence between the accyValues and the parent coordinates.  use mult and offset to describe variances over CF
