which spatial reference system (i.e. spatial datum) are spatial coordinates referenced (relative) to.   Allowed values: transducer, earthCentered, earthLocal, subject. If ref system is transducer or subject then the uid of the transducer or subject must be identified in the refObjUidRef element.
